Our ovens are hand crafted using the highest quality materials to assure heat retention up to 1,000 Fahrenheit. Our craftsmen construct the oven with Santa Maria bricks from the Campania region of Italy and Biscotto di Sorrento from Sorrento, Italy. The hand crafted, Neapolitan ovens will take up to ten days to construct. The art of crafting Neapolitan ovens has been in the Ferrara family for over 100 years. |
